Text messaging and SMS terms
Pure Aesthetics Medical Spa collects your mobile phone number and records your text-message consent choices when you choose to receive texts through our website form or booking process. We use this information to send only the message types you select: replies to your inquiries and appointment-related messages, and/or promotional offers and marketing messages. Consent to service texts and consent to marketing texts are separate and optional. Consent to marketing texts is not a condition of purchase or booking.
You may withdraw your text-message consent at any time by replying STOP or UNSUBSCRIBE, or by contacting us at 937-545-8437 or Contact@PureAestheticsMedicalSpa.com. We will stop service and marketing texts from this program after you opt out, except for a one-time confirmation of your opt-out. For help, reply HELP or contact us using those details.
Messages may be recurring. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Opting out of texts does not cancel your appointment. We will not resume texts unless you provide new consent for the applicable message types.
Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with third parties.
For this text program, an SMS opt-out stops both service and marketing texts. The general non-marketing communication provisions in this policy do not override an SMS opt-out.
